Which winter tyres should I fit to my Volkswagen Caddy?
I have a 2010 Volkswagen Caddy with 225/45 RF17 tyres. I am a firm believer in winter tyres. Do I use the 17-inch alloy wheels and pay the garage to fit winter tyres, or buy smaller steel wheels and fit narrow winter tyres?

Buy 15-inch or 16-inch steel wheels with 195/65 R15 or 205/60 R16 cold weather tyres, or fit them with Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons all weather tyres that can be left on all year round. The deeper the profile of the cold weather or all weather tyres, generally the more effective they will be.
