I'm a tall driver - which car do you recommend for comfort and ease of access?

I have the same problem as JM. I am tall with long legs and dodgy knees, but I don't have his budget restriction of £10,000. Would that alter your recommendation of a Mondeo or Skoda Superb?

Consider the Ford S-Max 2.0 EcoBoost 240 Powershift Titanium (new one in Septemeber), Honda CR-V auto (but all the autos are slow), BMW F25 X3, or wait for the new X5. Or the Volkswagen Touareg or Porsche Cayenne. Don’t forget the highly regarded new Range Rover Sport, and if you've got £70,000-£120,000 lying around, add the new Range Rover to the list. Be careful not to get anything with a tyre profile of less than 55.
