Can I pass a bus on the wrong side of 'keep left' bollards?
There is a bus stop near my house that has had an island with keep left bollards on nearby. I stopped behind a bus that was dropping passengers at the bus stop but people behind me were overtaking the bus on the wrong side of the bollards. I waited for the bus to go as I am unsure if it’s ok to go round the wrong side of them. It doesn't feel right. Can you advice what is the right thing to do?

Absolutely not. They are 'keep left' bollards. What lunatic installed this road block next to a bus stop? I’d better add that in the USA you are not allowed to overtake a school bus that is setting down children, and in Austria a bus pulling out of a bus stop has priority over cars already on the road.
