Supermarket parking rules - are you sure?
I've just read an answer you gave regarding paring in a supermarket car park I can't believe the answer you have given. It's not any sort of offence to park on private land; it' only a rule set by the owner. They have no legal power to issue any 'Parking ticket'.
They can only issue a notice and request you pay money if you break their rules. If it's a Supermarket car park and you have no obligation to pay anything. These people who issue these 'parking fines' are cowboys. Any payment requests should go straight in the bin and you should use another supermarket!

You are completely wrong and unaware of the law. You obviously have not heard of Clause 56 of the Protection of Freedoms Act that gives these 'cowboys' significant powers.
