Running-in a CVT

How would you recommend running-in a car with a CVT gearbox, such as the new Subaru Forester XT?

All you can do is avoid running at a constant engine speed for the first 2000 miles. So, if driving on the motorway, get over into the left hand lane and vary your speed by 10mph every 15 minutes.
