What's wrong with my Citroen C5?

My 2007 Citroen C5 estate sits very low to ground, but opening the door makes it goes back to normal height and it drives fine. Do you think something serious is wrong with the car?

Something is clearly wrong. BXs used to settle when one of the spheres was leaking slightly, so probably that. The good news is that the spheres cost no more than the price of a conventional damper.
