When should I change the cambelt on my Ford Fiesta?

I have just acquired a 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.2 petrol with 60,000 miles on the clock. When should the cambelt be changed? I will only cover 3000-5000 miles a year.

No nasty history of them snapping or coming off prematurely, but obviously sooner rather than later is wiser.
