Focus diesel runs rough when cold

My Ford Focus 2.0 TDCi 05 plate runs rough when cold - like a petrol car 'missing.'

It's OK when accelerating. I have had the glow plugs changed but it made no difference.

You did the obvious thing. So next area to check is the fuel system. The simplest thing to try is Shell V-Power Nitro+, so if the problem is something as simple as a gum or varnish in the fuel system, that should clear it up. If not, may be a problem with an injector.
