Last year my Nissan Micra had a problem with ABS and corroded wiring. Estimate £2000. After much to-ing and fro-ing Nissan agreed to authorise a fix on goodwill. Eight months later the car developed the same/similar problem... estimate £3000 this time!

The company (authorised dealer) that did the first "repair" has gone bust to be replaced by another company... still the same people though! Nissan is not entertaining goodwill this time as the garage have told them it is a different problem this time even though they told me they had no records from the previous company to compare with.

I feel completely stitched up as it is quite obvious the original repair was not done by a company about to go into receivership... my observation! Is there anything I can do.
