My clutch failed two years after replacement - was it faulty when fitted?
Almost two years ago, at 149,722 miles, a local garage replaced the original clutch, dual mass flywheel and spigot bearing of my Land Rover Discovery. 22,000 miles later I felt something move through the clutch pedal and the bite has moved to the bottom of the stroke. If I have someone else investigate and find a failure of some kind do I have any redress?

It's difficult to prove that the replacement clutch was originally faulty after two years. All kinds of faults could have developed on a Land Rover that has done more than 150,000 miles, such as a failed oil seal.
