Why is my daughter's 2002 Golf leaking?

My daughter's 2002 Volkswagen Golf has developed a irritating bladder disorder with water pooling in the footwell. She cannot find the source of the leak. The car is no longer used daily and is parked outside up a hill at a sideways angle, could the cause be condensation on the sunroof or a door seal?

Could be a broken sunroof drain, could be a flooded bulkhead vent well due to blocked vent well drains, could be a cracked pollen filter waterproof cover or a broken pollen filter seal, or it could be failed waterproof membranes inside the doors.
