Thanks for recommending Event Tyres to quickly supply a tyre for our BMW.

I just wanted to thank you for all your help and let you know the outcome of our tyre saga. Following your email, we contacted Event Tyres on Thursday 14 June. They said they could deliver the requested tyre to BMW's in Harold Wood on Friday 15 June in the morning. Therefore, we let BMW know that a tyre would be delivered (as the first date BMW could come up with for them supplying a tyre was the middle of next week as their 'tyre manufacturer was having supply issues').

Event Tyres were brilliant - they delivered the tyre in the morning of 15 June. BMW fitted it and we picked it up yesterday morning, 16 June. So from start to finish BMW had had the car from 28 May to 16 June and had still not found a tyre, whereas 'Event' Tyres told us that they had got the tyre from the supplier in the UK and they had 'plenty of stock' for the past two weeks. Once again thanks for the really useful information.

Many thanks. Actually this is a typical scenario. It's the basis on which Event Tyres first came to my notice several years ago.
