Buying a medium car - which would you recommend?
Thinking of buying an Audi A3 1.4TFSi or 1.8TFSi manual. Are both engines reliable and are they both chain cam? Which would be the better long term bet?
Looking at paying up to £15,000.

Both chain cam, but the twincharger 1.4TFSI (any with more than 122PS) is more complex and less reliable than the turbo only 1.8TFSI.
