Am I mad to consider a Chrysler 300 because of snow?

I've always wanted a Chrysler 300C, but concerned how well it will perform in snow, even with snow tyres. Should I completely write it off since we can get lots of snow, or will winter tyres make it drivable all year?

If it's an earlier 300C with the more sensible balloon tyres then winter tyres will work on it as well as they do in the USA and Canada where these cars are much more prevalent.
