The 2013 Clio Estate - will we get it in the UK?

I have read some cracking reviews online of the 2013 Clio Estate, but understand that Renault won't ever sell it in the UK. Does HJ know if that is a final (albeit barmy) decision from Renault?

If so what are the best alternatives offered by other, more enlightened, car manufacturers? Basic requirements here are a small family car with style and top marks in Euro NCAP.

Final decision. It would have to start at £15,000+. What Renault will be doing instead is it will be importing a new Dacia Sandero estate from later this year, from well under £10,000 new.
