Glow plug warning on an X-Type
I have a Jaguar X-Type 54 plate diesel sports estate and my car has developed a fault of flashing glow plug light on the dash. If you turn the engine off and start her up again it goes away until you go full throttle along the road. This does not happen in neutral and I am praying it is going to be a split turbo pipe, but today I was heading out in it and the glow plug warning light came on.

Well we would suggest that you either get the glow plugs checked/changed or that you have a diagnostic check carried out in the first instance, which may give you a fault code which should relate to the problem.
