My Mondeo 2.0 TDCi Zetec is running unevenly

I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that my 08 plate Mondeo 2.0 TDCi Zetec is not running very smoothly.

When at traffic lights for example, the whole car seems to shake slightly as the engine ticks over and there is also a slight squeaking sound coming from the engine. It also seems to feel worse when engine is laboring at low speeds in a high gear.

There are no warning lights on the dash, any ideas what this might be? Mileage is 114k, car was last serviced at 101k.

Dirty injectors. Dirty air filter. It is long overdue a service anyway. Should be at least every 10k miles.
