S-Max Bluetooth draining battery

I have an S-Max 2007 (57) and have been advised by local dealer that the Bluetooth is draining the battery. I understand there is a TSB to correct this but the dealer is being less than helpful.

No knowledge of the TSB, but if you leave the car without properly locking it then the Bluetooth will continuously try to pair with a phone and that will drain the battery.
