When should I sell my BMW 5 Series Touring?

My car is a BMW 525d M sport auto touring 2008/58 197 bhp 3.0 diesel; full service history, owned from new; it's been an excellent car.

Question is - when to sell?.... current mileage is 106k, a few minor faults (heated rear window and bluetooth part of media pack not working), but concern is possible upcoming large costs if major items go wrong - eg turbo, diesel particulate filter or any other major items now out of warranty.

Is it pot luck?- keep going or change?

Unpredictable. Take a look at: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/bmw/5-series-e60-200...d and www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/bmw/5-series-touring...d I would be starting to get nervous.
