Buying a small car for £3000?
I have a budget of around the £2000-3000 mark and I wanted to know what cars are quite reliable? I am a young driver so insurance needs to play a factor, also I want it cheap to run and maintain with the added benefit it holds its value quite well. I'm not sure about petrol or diesel as a fuel but I'm hoping you can advise me further.

Toyota Yaris best. 2nd, maybe a Ford Fiesta. Honda Jazz in this price range starting to have problems.

Good handling and comfortable ride. Tidy design. Reasonably spacious. Plenty of choice second-hand. Good reputation for reliability.
