Which used economical small car?
We are looking to replace our 53 plate Vauxhall Meriva (which we have been very pleased with) with a used Vauxhall Astra - only one or two years old. We do about 10,000 to 12,000 miles a year. We are a family of four (with two boys 4 & 6), which model do you think would suit us best and would be economical to run?

The 1.4T 140 is the best Astra engine, whatever trim level you go for. Same with the Meriva. 1.4T 140 engine.
