Windscreen cleaning problems

My windscreen is not cleaning properly. I have changed the wipers twice and I still have patches which remain unclear. I have taken advice and so far have tried to clean the windscreen with vinegar and also with t-cut. The t-cut helped but I still have unclear patches.

I am not sure if this as a result of something applied by a car wash. Please can you offer any further advice.

Autoglym windscreen cleaner, Mer windscreen cleaner, toothpaste. Also make sure your wiper blades are running across the screen at the right angle to it.
