Audi A3 losing coolant
I own an Audi A3 diesel on a 57 plate and coolant is disappearing. There is no noticeable leak and it doesn't appear to be mixing with the oil. Before I embark upon a costly garage investigation have you any idea what the problem may be?

If you're lucky it may be nothing more than an airlock from using the heater again after the summer. This can blow coolant out of the header tank pressure cap. See: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/cooling-system-airlocks/
