private parking fines - where do i stand?
I have had a parking fine for exceeding the time limit on private property. I have reciepts for the duration of shopping in the retail park, I am also a breastfeeding new mum.
Do I have grounds for appeal? can I offer them a fair and final payment which I believe is reasonable to the offence?
