Private property parking fine...
A friend recently dropped off her family at Stansted airport. She went to the new express drop off area, and on to the pay station to find out how to get her ticket. While reading the numerous notices, a tow truck tore round the car park, and backed up to her car, she came running back to intervene and despite the car not being attached to the truck at the time, the operators continued to attach her car while she was explaining that she was only at the pay station!
They demanded £180 to release the car, which she paid. I was a witness as I was picking up my family in the same area, and despite writing a witness statement for her, the company is refusing to repay any of the money!

Get straight onto the management of Stansted Airport and tell them that unless they refund this money and your reasonable costs immediately, you will be taking them to court for the return of this money and all the costs you have incurred as a result of this outrage.
