No-fault accident claim seems to be going wrong
I assisted a colleague of mine a few months ago after a no-fault accident he was involved in. He was T-boned by a young motorcyclist as he turned right into a side road, the motorcyclist had overtaken him and collided with the rear 3/4 of the car causing quite a bit of damage.
Initially the chap admitted liability and all was well. A few months down the line and he has been persuaded to change his mind and now my colleague is being told by his insurer to accept 30% fault as the chap has claimed he didn't see an indicator so overtook him.
Any advice or options for my colleague?

The insurers have told him how they want to play this and will not go to the expense of a court case - so if your friend wants to fight, he will have to pay the legal and court costs.
