Celnet Traffic Line Traffic Master - has it been withdrawn?

For a dozen or so years I have had a "Trafficmaster" device on my dashboard which indicated when motorways and other major roads ahead were congested. It operated via sensors and transmitters on bridges over the road. This often prompted a call to a premium rate line. Recently the information has not been forthcoming when I have approached motorway junctions. Has the service been withdrawn?

Yes. It has been replaced by a new smartphone service.
