Car parking charges - should we fight this?
My partner, who has MS, forgot to display her blue badge at Lincoln Hospital following an emergency dash to see her mother who had been taken by ambulance with suspected heart failure. Our appeal to TPS (Total Parking Solutions) has been rejected on the basis that a valid permit was not displayed. Although the fine is reduced from £60 to £30 if we pay within 14 days, do we have any further cause to dispute the fine?

It's only £30. Not worth the stress of fighting.
