Paint issues with my used car

Bought an 09 plate car from a large supermarket, 7 days later had the car cleaned and noticed marks in the paint on the wing and bonnet - spoke to the dealer who's basiclly said go away

Take the matter to the small claims track of the county court then. It is actually now a Criminal Offence for him not to have made you aware of these faults under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs).
