Replacing air-con parts on an Alfa Romeo 156
The aircon on my Alfa 156 is not working. The drive belt and pulley revolve OK but operating the switch does not engage the compressor clutch.
The centre nut revolves OK with a spanner. If a check shows that the clutch is at fault is it possible to have the clutch alone changed? Does Honest John list aircon specialists - a look around the website does not appear to list any.

Should be. Costs £50 - £100, compared to maybe £800 or £900 for a complete compressor. www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/air-conditioning/
