Buying a Saab

I am thinking of buying a Saab - anything from 2002-09. Is it a risk with Saab in receivership? Should I buy from an approved Saab dealer or should I go private and buy a warranty?

With SAAB in receivership what used to be 'approved SAAB dealers' cannot be 'approved' any more. I don't know what the parts situation will be. Possibly a little difficult for some electronic parts.
