Buying one of the Up! trio, but which?

I own a SEAT Arosa 1.0, R reg (1998) and for what I want it's been very reliable (although the mpg is about 40). I intend to change it soon and have been impressed with the reviews of the VW Up. In your opinion, is it going to be significantly better than its brethren Skoda Citigo and SEAT Mii?

Exactly the same, but with a VW badges and therefore probably higher residual values, but at from £7,995 it's £365 more than a Skoda Citigo. Test and video here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/volkswagen/vw-up!//
