Mechanical problems with Subaru
Subaru purchased with 3 year warranty in June 08 - new model Boxer engine with no low range gears. Used to pull small trailer well under recommended towing weight. New clutches required at 18k and 41k miles. Garage paid for work and modified engine.
Nov 11 differential broke up and damaged transfer box and bearings. After 4 months' wrangling Subaru funded parts but not £984 labour. Am I entitled to claim for labour, inconvenience and related travel costs, please?

No because you are plainly overstressing the drivetrain with the use you are putting the car to.
