Air conditioning not working

The air conditioning has stopped working. When the dial is set to number 1 or 2 no air comes out at all but the air conditioning lights comes on. When the dial is turned to number 3 or 4 air comes out but the air condiditioning will not come on. Any ideas?

The condenser is vulnerable to stone damage. You need to get it checked by an a/c specialist.
