Buying a car with low down torque
My friend is looking to change his car and wants it to be turbocharged or supercharged as he likes the low down torque and mainly the surge of power. He has £7,000 to spend and wants the car to have a good safety rating as well as being known for reliability. What would you recommend him?

A SEAT Leon 2.0TFSI Sport or FR or Cupra is good.
