Change of Posture for Driving

I have just been off work for 7 weeks with two frozen shoulders. The problem is poor posture and not sitting upright because I am 6' 6". I have been to the physio and the problem corrected but now I find the seat position in my "large" Mondeo 2.5 Ghia X Estate is perhaps cramped. With the electrical adjustable seat I have it in the correct position now but find I am grazing the roof lining and also have a restricted view of the road i.e. I can no longer see the horizon but maybe only 40-50' in front of me as the roofline cuts down my vision.
What sort of car should I look to purchase for my height? given that I already have a "big" car.
