I think this GPS tracker could prove useful for your readers who cover a lot of business miles.
I asked a question about mileage reporting last year and have since found an amazing piece of technology. It's a small GPS tracker that logs business miles. It records all miles that you travel. If the majority of your business is private you can set it up so that you press the button at the audible prompt for business. Alternatively, for van drivers whose mileage is mainly business but they have to record personal mileage, it can be set up so that at the audible beep you press the button and personal miles are recorded.
Reporting is the best bit. You can filter just your business miles if necessary. The report automatically puts in the location and postcode from Google Earth. You can assign regular names eg Telegraph HQ, print works, Toyota HQ, Rockingham Speedway, etc. I work in agriculture visiting farms and do many miles along farm roadways and it even records these. Anyone that claims business miles would love one, I'm sure. I don't know why Satnavs or even car manufacturers don't incorporate this feature into their systems. TomTom does it but charges £18 per month and it's only on the TomTom Work satnavs at £500 a throw. More at www.triplogik.com.

Good idea. Much tidier and more convenient than a notepad for drivers in a hurry. Have added to www.honestjohn.co.uk/useful-websites/
