I work for the Ambulance Service and will be shortly looking to update my current lease car. The organisation imposes some restrictions upon my choice of car but it still needs to possess a number of qualities to meet the mark for what I need. The car must have: Sub 140g/km CO2 emissions. Total P11d price less than £30k including any extras. Have an engine 2,000cc or less. Offer EC certified combined mpg of 50+. My desires would be: Decent sized boot (estate probably best). Decent turn of pace and handling for when I respond to incidents. Comfortable and spacious enough for long journeys. I currently have a 5 Series BMW, which I love. Ideally it'll need to match that for build quality and reliability but not necessarily size. What would you suggest?
