I claimed for sump damage to my Rover 75, caused by speed humps, from my local shopping centre.
Last year my local shopping mall installed black and yellow speed humps that were too high. These damaged my Rover 75 sump tray. It took me a month to find who was responsible. I sent them an estimate for repair. After many phone calls and letters I finally sent a bill for three journeys to the garage and three to the shopping centre also for my time. I told them I would take them to the small claims court. After four months they finally paid me about four times the original repair bill. The speed bumps were changed soon after my original claim.

Brilliant. Many thanks to you on behalf of anyone else whose car could have been damaged by these stupid obstructions.
