Thanks for suggesting left-foot braking for drivers of powerful automatics, like my Maserati.
Thanks for your advice on left-foot braking on automatics. I recently purchased an automatic Maserati and so far I have nearly crashed three times whilst in a confined space, making three point turns or getting in and out of the garage when right-foot braking only. The car is so quick that when I put my foot on the accelerator in these confined spaces there is not enough time to switch my foot over. Fortunately no one was around so no disasters. Thanks again for the tip.

Many thanks for your support, and I'm very pleased to have saved your Maserati (and anyone it may have hit). One of my friends has a 3200 twin-turbo with torque converter auto.
