White powder coming from the vents
I have recently experienced a fine white powder (significant quantity) coming from the air vents with the climate control on. I would like to know what this might be, if it is harmful and what could be done about it.
I understand this might be due to a faulty evaporator where the aluminium has oxidised and come through the system, but may have other causes.

Possibly residue from a leak of refrigerant. Get it to an a/c specialist.
