Error code P0243 on my Vectra
I have a Vectra 2.0DTI. I have a permanent fault code PO243 which means driving round in limp home mode. I've checked all hoses and no splits etc. The code wont even clear off the system when its taken off it just reappears. Any ideas? The Code reader says Boost Pressure Valve Position.

Well if your fault code is correct then P0243 is indicating that the Turbo wastegate regulating valve is faulty (or the wiring associated with it).

Far better than previous Vectra. Now with decent handling and an excellent ride. Plenty of safety kit. Roomy in the front. Big boot. Good looks.
