Fuel additives
I have started filling my 2007 diesel Passat Estate (2.0 140ps) with Total Excellium - currently on my third fill, and have noticed a bit better pickup when 'flooring' the accelerator and it is also a bit quieter when driving (although I do have Michelin Primacy tyres).
Fuel consumption on my 21 mile trip to work averages about 45 mph, which I am happy with. Is it worth also adding a fuel additive to further increase power pickup and to decrease fuel consumption?

Not to Excellium diesel, V-Power diesel or Ultimate diesel. These fuels already have the additive package they need.

Spacious and comfortable. Wide range of engines. Big, boot with lockable seatbacks. Generally better from May 2008 onwards.
