BMW engine failure three months after purchase
I'm feeling very sick. I've had the car just over 3 months. A few days ago the car suffered dramatic power loss and was running like a tractor. Towed in to a local garage and at first the chap thought it was a dodgy injector. Phone call this morning - swirl flap has broken off.
He's found the swirl flap - not sure if that's significant? He's now saying he needs to take the head off to see what damage has been done. A couple of people have mentioned SOGA - I've had the car 15 weeks, bought from a dealer, only 30 day warranty. I've covered 1000 miles in 3 months. Where do I stand?
