What is the best SUV with easy entry/exit and wide opening doors for older people with mobility issues?

Although you mention SUVs, we would suggest that MPVs or van-derived MPVs offer the easiest access for those with limited mobility. Vehicles such as the Citroen Berlingo, Ford Tourneo Connect and Courier have large front doors and sliding side doors, and the seat height typically allows passengers to slide across into the seats rather than having to climb down or step up.
