Do DPF cleaner additives work?

Do DPF fuel additives work? If so which are the best?

DPF cleaner will help make it easier for the car to remove its own blockages. However if you've not had any issues so far it's because you're doing the longer journeys needed to clean the DPF. Therefore it's worth considering for prevention of future problems, but not essential. We would suggest using a cleaner from an established accessory brand such as Wynn's, Liqui Moly, or Cataclean.
