Transit won't start
Ford Transit ran out of fuel wont start. Tried bleeding cylinders. Tried pumping fuel filter but no diesel coming out of nipple.

Given that you have run out of fuel would suggest that you check the filters as you may have well dragged sediment through from the bottom of the tank.
Also is the fuel lift pump itself working(can you hear it)if fitted inside the tank.
Would check these out first before carrying out additional checks.
