SORN a car that's abroad?
Last year when going on holiday to France I trailered a second car to leave there for a restoration. The second car would ether of been taxed or had a SORN declaration. If taxed this would have expired by now as would the SORN declaration and the car remains in France. whilst the car remains in a French commercial workshop am I required to ether UK tax it or declare SORN?
I am presently being chased by a dodgy company called Inter Credit International for a £80 fine who allege that I have incurred this from the DVLA. The response of ICI is such that I am inclined to ask my MP to investigate them and their connection with the DVLA.

SORN the second car. You are being pursued because you have not taxed it or SORN'd it and as long as it is UK registered and not officially exported you have to do one of these things.
