Renault Modus cambelt

I have a Renault Modus dCi 106 purchased new May 2006. It has done 22000 miles, how urgently should I book it in for cam belt & waterpump change, immediately or can I wait until later in the year.

How nervous are you. All I can write is that it will probably be okay until later in the year but I cannot guarantee that.
