Best cars for bad backs

I currently run a Honda CR-V Auto and need to change it due to having a severe back problem. The high driving position is great but makes it difficult to get in/out without aggravating the back problem and the seats themselves are not great either, having a limited range of adjustments and only average support. Can you please recommend cars that would provide both easy entry/exit PLUS supportive seats that have a good range of adjustment. Please assume I will have £11-£12 to spend from the trade-in.

The FIAT 500 and the Mazda 2 have surprisingly excellent seats with good thigh support.
